Finnigan needed attention, too. This is our evening routine, feet up, TV on, and a furry boy on my lap.
In other news of our lives, I have started hand therapy for inflammation, bone spurs, and probably tendonitis in my left hand and arm. It is slowly getting better.
The siding work is progressing. Looks good! There are about a side and a half for Andy to finish and then the electrician will come to set up the new lights.
The new yard guys are making things easier for us. They do not have a set schedule, but seem to come Fridays or the weekend, depending on weather. There are multiple guys with multiple mowers and equipment and they mow, edge, trim, and clean up. It is a relief.
I have been doing some extra projects as I can. Just trying to keep up with things.
Pam was here for a couple days and she helped with several things and did some cooking. It was great to have her here. She is back home now and says they are all okay. Zach has started his classes for the Summer. Brie is almost done with her high school classes.
Jacquie says they are good at her house. She is busy with work, so is Jordan. C will have a graduation/recognition program for the end of her elementary school in a couple weeks. E has a class play next week. I will be going to both.
Les is doing okay and will be released from the home health nurse next week. We wonder why exactly she has to come, but the doctor ordered it, so that's how it is. She comes, asks how he is and other questions, and takes all his vitals. Then says to call if we need her and leaves. He is doing better and that is good.
Once the siding is done there will be some more projects I want to work on. The mulched areas need a bit of work, but the yard is looking good. The Hydrangeas are blooming, as are some of the Azaleas. The patio furniture will need to be cleaned. I didn't see any point in doing that until after the siding was done. Just like cleaning windows! Although I have started cleaning windows in the rooms where the siding on those walls is done.
Take care of yourselves and stay safe. Life is good, we just need to adapt. And God Bless America!
