BRRRRRR!!!!

Hey, all!

We're having Winter today in Virginia.  It was cold and gray yesterday and last evening started getting colder and the wind picked up.  Then it rained a little and THEN we had THUNDER SNOW!  Things were covered this morning when we got up, but it is melting as the bright sun hits it.  Shady areas are still white since it is really cold - was in the 20's this morning.

Things are humming along as usual and there's not too much going on.  Obviously, the weather kept Golfer from playing this weekend.  We've watched a couple movies and caught up on our recorded TV shows.  He was going to work on our taxes but Smith Barney doesn't have the forms ready yet.  I did some cleaning and laundry.  So basically, it's just been a nice, quiet weekend.

We have Jeff, a painter, scheduled to start some work next weekend.  Mostly he'll be painting our ceilings.  After we had the work done last year and the kitchen was painted with a bright white ceiling, we decided we'd like them all that color.  We're also going to have him do the stairway and upstairs room.
