Wildlife appears to feel safe in our yard. This is a different Raccoon that has visited us recently. We have also had many birds, squirrels, lizards, and a snake. I have only seen the snake one time, and that was heading under our shed.
We've had a couple storms recently. The last one with hail cooled things off for a day. That was nice. When I was out filling the bird feeder this morning, I picked up the bits and twigs that were down in our yard from our neighbor's trees. When I emptied our rain gauge it said four inches, and that was for a couple days and two storms. That helps the yard. Our area has not had a lot of rain this year.
Les and I are okayish. He does what he can. I work on keeping up with things. With the heat and humidity we have, I need to pace myself outside doing any work. 😊
Our anniversary was a nice, quiet day. Jacquie has been at a work conference, but she ordered dinner for us from Outback and had it delivered. It was very good! Thanks, Jacquie!
