Hello!

I thought I'd start with a picture of a recent beautiful sunrise.

I hope everyone is well and staying safe.  Les and I are okayish here.  The weather was hot for a few days and then got cold again.

The pollen is slowly getting lighter as more and more trees and plants have gotten leaves.  We had that  heavy storm on Easter that poured rain for a while.  The water coming out of the down spouts was bright yellow and running all along the curbs.  At least it washed the pollen off the roof!

I met with the landscaper we have used before and his company will be removing several aged and dying shrubs for us and edging our mulched areas before putting down new mulch.  They will call when we are on the schedule.

I've been plugging away at some of the things that need attention inside and out.  The list just keeps growing. But eventually the things will get done. I figure they will wait for me!

Take care of yourselves and be kind.  God Bless America!  Life is still good.

Happy Easter!

I hope everyone is well and having a peaceful, happy Easter!

Les and I are okayish here.  The weather has been warm, some days HOT, and today is warm with gusty wind and thunderstorms to start this afternoon.  The pollen this year has been intense!

Our HVAC system had its Spring checkup, all good, and the AC is running.  With the pollen, it is better to not have the windows open.

I have been working on the yard cleanup a section at a time.  The days of me doing the whole yard on the same day are over and done with.  But I am making progress.  I am meeting with a landscaper we use to talk about a couple things I need help with.  The Winter extreme cold, snow, and ice here was rough on some things.  There are several shrubs/bushes that I need to have removed.  And the mulch from last Summer did not hold up well, so some needs to be replaced.

This is our lovely blooming tree that is currently dropping those blooms and getting its lovely red leaves.

Take care, stay safe, and be kind.  God Bless America.
