Been busy here for me. The "To-Do" list keeps growing.
There have been some doctor appointments for us, and an ER trip for Les. That was followed by a return visit the next day for more blood work to be done. He is recuperating from an infection and doing okayish.
We had some yardwork done by the landscaping company we use. They removed some dying bushes, planted a new Azalea, edged/trenched all the mulch areas, and put down new shredded Cedar mulch. Looks nice and much better. I have watered some shrubs and plants a couple times and fertilized all the shrubs. I hope our sprinkler system gets turned back on this week; the company is short staffed. I am waiting to hear from them!
I said bye to the porch pansies, their time was up and they were "on their last leg" from the heat we had. Today the A/C is off again the heat is turned back on. It was 45 when we got up this morning. I have washed the flower pots and hope to get to the garden center this week to get Geraniums for the porch.
We had our man that did our siding come and repair some molding around the garage door. No idea how it got damaged. One thought was that during the extreme cold and snow, we had some ice formed under the molding. He wasn't sure. But it's all fixed now.
Take care of yourselves and stay safe. Life is still good. Be kind and God Bless America.
And here are some pictures of our yard work. 💗
